The ISAL Group Limited is a multi-industry holding company with a legacy that dates back to 1992. Our journey began in Ghana’s commercial sector with large-scale meat imports, an entrepreneurial venture that soon evolved into vehicle hire and fleet management services. This foundation in logistics laid the groundwork for what would become a highly diversified and resilient business portfolio.
Over the decades, our ability to adapt and innovate allowed us to expand into multiple sectors while maintaining a strong operational focus. The formal establishment of The ISAL Group Limited in 2025 was a strategic milestone, driven by the need to consolidate decades of experience and partnerships under a single, unified corporate structure.
Today, ISAL Group provides strategic oversight and resource coordination for its eight subsidiaries, empowering them to deliver excellence in staff transportation, real estate development, renewable energy, agribusiness, and more.

Our Leadership
Mr. Iain Damiene Atsu Selormey is the Founder and Group Chief Executive Officer of ISAL Group Limited. He has been at the forefront of the Group’s business journey since its earliest inception in 1992, bringing a distinguished career spanning over three decades in Ghana’s business landscape.
Mr. Selormey holds a Bachelor’s degree in Economics and Political Science from the University of Ghana, Legon, and an MBA in Project Management from the University of Ghana Business School. His strategic and operational acumen have been instrumental in evolving ISAL Group into the diversified holding company it is today. A visionary entrepreneur, he is deeply committed to building sustainable businesses that create value, drive economic impact, and empower people.
